By downloading or using TripCash you agree to these Terms of Service.
Service
TripCash is a mileage tracking application that automatically detects drives, allows you to classify trips and generates mileage reports for your personal use. Most data created by the app is stored locally on your device.
Subscriptions
TripCash includes a limited number of free automatically tracked trips. Continued automatic trip tracking requires an active TripCash Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account, automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period and can be managed at any time in your Apple Account Settings.
Accuracy
While TripCash is designed to automatically detect trips accurately, no mileage tracking system is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing your mileage records, classifications, addresses and reports before relying on them for reimbursement or tax purposes.
No Tax Advice
TripCash does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your tax obligations.
Limitation of Liability
TripCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripCash and its developers are not liable for any loss, damages, missed deductions, tax penalties or other consequences arising from the use of the application or reliance on its data.
Your Data
Trip history, routes, mileage records, vehicle information and reports are stored locally on your device. TripCash does not maintain cloud copies of your driving data. Subscription information is managed by Apple and RevenueCat solely for purchase verification.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TripCash after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
